During the day when I am walking, I like to find interesting thing to look at, even if it's just a tiny window... These Photos are just like that. It's something funny. Too often people don't see these details that are easy to miss.
Chestnut Season is here!! From mid October through the end of December, all around midtown, vendors are selling fresh roasted chestnuts from their stands. It's a wonderful aroma that fills the air....and a wonderful taste in your mouth. However, these scrumptious treats are priced for tourist, which means they are expensive. For example, a bag of maybe 10 roasted chestnuts can coast as much as $5 (!). I guess they know that you 'gotta have' those great tasting chestnuts. However, It may be possible to negotiate.... before you commit to buying a bag, ask the vendor how much it costs. If he says "Five dollars", you could say, "How about three dollars?" It's worth a try!
You know what, we have a lot of Hero characters in Japan like Pocket Monster (PicaTyu). There is a very popular character with Kids named "Anpan man". He is made from Bun filling with sweet red beans paste. He divides and shares his own body (Bun and filling) to the people who have problems like hunger... In Japan, Anpan man is a familiar character and the people know he is a protector and Hero!!! But in America and other countries, the idea of Anpan man probably sounds scary. But, really he is so nice and all of his friends are so cute!!! They are the Heroes for Kids always.
