Japanese Traditional Dishes for New Year 2013

Happy New Year again!!!

Finished Product!!!!! I took photos this morning, however... it accidentally fell off my photo shoot table, so Topper had a tiny damage (awwwwww......)

The dishes that make up osechi each have a special meaning celebrating the New Year.  Ingredients : FONDANT!!!!! well.... boiled shrimp, lotus loots, red salmon, marron glacé Japanese style (Sweet Chestnuts), Sweet black soy beans, bamboo shoot, carrot of formed the plum, sweet omlet, fish cake, simmered kombu rolls, vinaigrette Daikon (Japanese Raddish) & salmon eggs, ham, a dried herring roe, and meat rolled vegetables...

再び、明けましておめでとうございます。
完成しました〜。昨日はまだ途中段階だったけど、良い感じになったなった!!!でも、落としちゃったんだよね〜撮影中に。お重がちょっとかけてしまって、心底がっくりきたけど、雰囲気は失ってない!!!よね(笑)(おせちが恋しい〜)
料理は、エビ、レンコン、紅シャケ、栗の甘露煮、黒豆、タケノコ、梅の形の人参、伊達巻き、かまぼこ、昆布巻き、なます&いくら、ハム、数の子、肉巻き野菜。
